A Note From Our Founder

Jonathan D. Hauck

For the past fifteen years, I have worked in the Healthcare Food Industry. During my tenure, I have serviced over 1,000 nursing home facilities nationwide. My operational level management positions have included everything from Dietary Manager overseeing one facility to Regional Manager responsible for as many as 100 locations. Most recently, I was the Divisional Recruiting & Training Manager for Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. My vast experience within the industry has given me the opportunity to share my diverse skills and expertise by starting JCCS and working on a consultative basis.
